good day I live on the VA Beach which is heavy in Salt air. As you can see, many of the parts are terribly corroded. Dimensions: On frame - 14"; on sash - 7 3/4" Link arm - 11" 14E117S stamped on link arm followed by a 'V' formed by 3 squares See photos. I have not removed hinges yet, but want to replace them because window sags.

These windows are near the ocean in Hawaii. The hardware is rusted and in one location it's turn the plate under the crank into a powder. Any replacement hardware would need to be stainless. The black piece on the right side is split in two. It's supposed to hold an arm in place while it slides on the track. Can i finf the black plastic piece by itself or do I need the whole track? I put the actual measurements of my window hardware. Additionally included is the photo of the mechanism which goes through the window that I need for both windows too -it measures 5"

The brackets and arms that hold the window in its frame have broken. The window can no longer be opened without the window falling out. Have 24 yr old Milgard Awning windows. The pin on the casement SS bar to which the arm from the window panel SS bar attaches to has rusted and broken off. I have Marvin casement windows, about 18 years old. The hinge falls apart when I'm closing the window. You have 10-inch and 14-inch two-bar hinge sets. My sill and header plates are 12 inches. What to do?
