Looking to replace this operator on a Certain Teed window

I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black. What is the trick to removing the screws from the operators as they are under the sash area? Is there a special ... (cont.)

I am having trouble finding this window operator

The glide, or slider, that fits on the end of the crank and connects to the bottom of the window is missing. Because of this we can't open or close the window with the crank. Do you have a crank handle that fits this MI 9770 Series window. It is a dual arm. All works well, I just need a crank handle. It shows that it originally came with a folding handle. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you.

Greetings, I no longer am able to open window without slightly pushing the window open. When opening the window, the crank gets stuck. Slightly pushing the window out enables me to further turn the crank. Can you pls provide the product number for this item. Many thanks, Chris
