Hi, This is a dual spring unit from a Simonton window. No markings of any type are visible. The nylon shoe split apart where it mounts to the springs. What do I need to buy to complete this repair? Hello, I have both the balances on my Simonton window broken. I'm not sure what weight I need to buy, the coil has 409S stamped on it. If you could help recommend replacements that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
