Greetings, I am interested in purchasing replacement window balances for my Simonton windows. I have attached photos of the factory balances and pivot shoe. The markings on the items are visible in the photos. Please advise if these are available and how to purchase. Thank you.

I purchased 15-259, 26-083, 15-255 and S159-07 to fix my Simonton windows but the coil balance pivot shoe does not fit in the opening in the vinyl track of my windows. Based on your website photos I believe I have the part name correct. It is 7/8ths wide. I'm hoping you can make sense of the numbers on the product tag. As you can see in my picture ours has suffered a catastrophic failure. RIP ? Are you able to provide a replacement?

I returned Pivot Shoe 15-192 because it has extended rails/guides either side, making it not a suitable fit for my 2007 Simonton brand windows. I believe the I've found enough information on your site to know that the 15-259 pivot shoe is the proper replacement for the broken pivot shoe in the photos I've provided. This thing broke in half under the cam. I don't know if it's part of a larger piece. The window tilts but only stays in position on one side. The windows are probably 15 years old at least. Can you guys help me out?

Hi, I have a bottom sash, Simonton I believe, installed 1996, 35.5 inches by 25 inches. Each side has two springs 405 J. Photo attached. The broken parts are both pivots and one shoe. The springs appear OK. They attach to the shoe with a single screw. I'd like to replace both pivots and both ... (cont.)

The pivot bar on my Simonton 5500 double hung is broken. Please help me get new hardware. The window is 18 pounds.Shown are the spring with #11 stamped on it as well as the pivot bar and shoe.Thanks, Jim

Hello, I had my Simonton windows installed a few years ago, now these mechanisms are breaking rapidly. Plastic ends are breaking in a lot of my windows. Can you help ID the part and help me with getting new ones, hopefully constructed better than the originals?
