Hi - We recently purchased the Certain Teed Pivot Shoe to replace the one that broke..the plastic part had split in half.The opening on the certain teed is not quite big enough for the tab(?), not sure of correct term, to fit snugly in.Please advise, thank you!Dan

pivot shoe for simonton double hung tilt window. i dont have a picture of this in the window but can get one if needed.

Greetings, I am interested in purchasing replacement window balances for my Simonton windows. I have attached photos of the factory balances and pivot shoe. The markings on the items are visible in the photos. Please advise if these are available and how to purchase. Thank you.

I purchased 15-259, 26-083, 15-255 and S159-07 to fix my Simonton windows but the coil balance pivot shoe does not fit in the opening in the vinyl track of my windows. The video on the your site says it's easy to cut a bigger opening. How would I do that? I do not have a lot of tools. I thought I co ... (cont.)

Based on your website photos I believe I have the part name correct. It is 7/8ths wide. I'm hoping you can make sense of the numbers on the product tag. As you can see in my picture ours has suffered a catastrophic failure. RIP ? Are you able to provide a replacement?

I have a Simonton double-hung replacement window with broken coil balances on the top and bottom sashes. The windows are approx 25 X 50 and each sash weighs about 15 pounds. I returned Pivot Shoe 15-192 because it has extended rails/guides either side, making it not a suitable fit for my 2007 Simonton brand windows. I believe the I've found enough information on your site to know that the 15-259 pivot shoe is the proper replacement for the broken pivot shoe in the photos I've provided.
