Several of my Simonton windows (Installed 2010) have broken the pivot shoe. I have been unable to find much in the way of identifying markings. The plastic pieces have China stamped on them. The metal has China and 0953 (picture attached). I have included a pic of the order label that was still read ... (cont.)

Vinyl tilt window; don't know manufacturer; dated 2009; pivot lock shoe (part plastic, part metal) broken; picture does not show part of the shoe that fastens to the window balance. Shoe measures 1-1/4" wide x 7/8" depth.

Does this look like a part you guys stock? If it matters, this would be for prism windows manufactured by a company called Simonton from about 13 years ago.

The inside balance or pivot lock is broken and I need the replacement. And the how to replace.

need this part for upper window of double hung window size of windos are 28 high x 44 wide frame wise.....the part has a retracable metal ribbon with a plastic holder with round metal disc in the center...pls advise ty

I have a number of Home Depot installed windows (brand name "Renovations", model 6500) over 20 years ago. The windows are fine, the sash coil springs are also fine. Two pivot shoes have failed on one of the window. On the coil the number '406' is stamped on the top-most spring, which I think rela ... (cont.)

The only markings I can see besides CHINA is a faint 409 on the coil. This is the bottom sash of a vinyl simonton window. I have many of these similarly broken. You helped me previously on another window of a different type.

Latch is stamped PRISM, Unable to match up the broken part.

window parts were in piceces in window. I am trying to find out which parts I need to order. The rest of the windows all have double coils in them.I 'm not sure if somebody tred to fix this half -way. After the window no longer stayed open on it's own, I took it apart and found all these broken pieces. Can anyone help identify something similar that would work?
