What part is broken in the images, there is a metal coil that looks like it is broken sitting in the bottom of the window. I can barely open and can't close the window. I need to identify and order the correct parts to repair my Simonton sash windows

No visible part number - width is 15/16" both sides of coil L and R were snapped. Other parts appear intact.

Attached are pictures of parts I need to repair this window. Please advise on parts I need to order.

My post Ref# D244798, your reply said you could do nothing without a photo of the coil balance. As I sent the first time, Simonton window with the coil balance spring marked 409S.

Hi, Last week, the window stopped going up after several inches, I would guess that the bent spring (from the right side of the window stopped it).
