Hello, how's it going. I have a Simonton Double Hung window with only one balance still operating. The existing balance sizes are: width 1 3/8", height 1 1/2", depth 7/8" Their was a part with similar specs but the measurements are off a little so I am not sure that part will still work? I need these for three windows all have broken into two pieces, only have one spring per pivot

Can you please let me know if you carry the complete coil balancer shown in the attached pictures. Do I need to replace the pin on the window to use the new balancer? We are looking for 20 total, 10 rights and 10 lefts.Any help would be greatly appreciated. ThanksEric

The pivot piece is missing. Do you sell a complete kit That would fit this window with the pivot and shoe thing ??

This measures 1-7/16 wide, 7/16 deep and 1-1/2 tall. I have several that have cracked (like this one) on the bottom.
