I need to replace all 4 balance assemblies on window which includes upper sash. Weight of the window is approximately 17.5 lbs and dimension of lower sash 40" w x 18" h

My double hung window will not stay open on its own. no markings, bottom sash is 23 3/4" tall, 26 1/4" wide, weighs about 7.5 pounds, spring is 3/4" wide end of spring is plain rounded as in photo. Both left and right springs broke in center of spring

Hi, I have uploaded a pic with digits found on side of window but haven't found anything else. From googling, the 40284 SS seem to represent this to be a Pella window. However there are no stamps on coil and either both coils snapped and broke or there is no tab. These coils deem to be 3/4". the foo ... (cont.)

I have 22 year old Certainteed windows, I have 1 that's 31x57 ish. and the balance coil broke. The old one that's still good looks like a figure 8 (almost broken also) and the other one is the broken one. The plastic piece it hangs on is 1.25 x 1.5 inches. I'm looking to replace a few broken window closures. These are simonton windows about 10-15 years old. Some of the smaller windows are single spool but the bigger ones are duel spool.
