About six windows with failed balance tubes need replacing. The code says BSI 28 on the back of the tubes. Please help

Looking for correct window balancer for my window. Actual metal is 19". But part says DB L02. 18HD

These are channel balances I need to replace. They are stamped 27-10 (therefore 28" long) but have a pivot shoe I have never seen before. The channel it fits in appx. 1" wide. I have Weather Shield double hung windows that tilt in. I need to find a pair of channel balances with shoes that need to be replaced. We have 34 year old aluminum clad double hung windows that are in pretty great condition, except for the failing window balances. Each balance is stamped with "B.S.I. 28xHD", is 29" long, and 5/8" wide. I have no idea who the window manufacturer might be as I can't find any stamp on the window its ... (cont.)
