I believe this is an International window. The stamped number on the balance is C 2040. The Balance is 21 inches long and the window weighs 20 lbs. The pivot shoe I believe is the 15-015 on your website. I believe I need a S770, 21 inch, option 21D. Please advise. ThanksMike

I think the part may be called the coil balance shoe for a vinyl window. It appears that the one in the window photoed above is broken or locked into place at the bottom of the sash. Can it be removed and replaced?
