We live in a park model and have sliding windows with latches/locks. I think from extreme heat the latch has become brittle and broke. Is there replacement parts for latches/locks

I need some channel balances. There are 2 different lengths, 1 is marked 28C BSI, the other is marked 32C BSI. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. I am the 2nd owner. First picture is clearly backwards but is what I believe to be the serial number from the door itself. I am replacing channel balances for an aluminum window. The existing balances are 29" and stamped 28D. Your S350-29 seems to match but not sure which option to specify.
