I can't determine which unit this is & what to order to replace it. HELP!

I need to replace a broken balance for my single hung window. The pictures show the broken balance. The length of the metal channel is 21 inches and width is 5/8 inches at the widest. Hello! The gears on my window operator are stripped out and need to be replaced. Can you help me ID which window operator I have? Also, is it possible to only replace just the window operator and reuse the existing covers?

Hello. I have 2 windows and they both don't hold open when I lift them up. They start sliding back down almost immediately. Not sure of the length of channel balance we'll need. Here are the photos.. do I need a 14", 15" or 16"? So confusing . Please help

These window balancers are off my window. They measure 1/2" wide x 23" long. I'd really like help identifying for replacement. Thank you.

Gears are stripped. Part has 20810 stamped on an arm on the back, and 30841 stamped on an arm on the front. It does not have te long arm going into a slot on the window.

I have a broken sping balance for a large double hung window. Brand of window is EcoVue. It is a vinyl replacement window installed in 2009. The spring valance is 24" long, 5/8 "wide & 5/8 "deep.

Papaiz 323 is marked on the lock. please note the inter nob is flush with jam and is 1/2" from center. Typical Replacement from Home Depot extends to far out to side to turn.
