39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover

Need to purchase right and left cranks for both of these units

Need the crank covers, cranks and locks in this photo.

Have a 3-4 of these that a painter lost in a remodel. Any chance you all have them or similar that we could replace with to make the units while?

Hi there, need to replace the casement operator I think. Won't open/close the window or will open it but not close. The cover says Crestline so I'm assuming that's what the windows are. The parts say Entry Gard Truth. I think I found the part on your site but just want to make sure I'm correct. ... (cont.)

Old window crank parts need identification as we need to replace a few of them. The base cover part is plastic but the crank itself is metal. On the inside of the crank is just patent information for US and Canada. Appreciate the help in advance.

Hello I have a double crank window and the right pane is no longer working correctly. I am able to open the window but the crank mechanism is no longer working to close the window. Could you help me identify the part(s) I need? Thanks, -Mike

I have casement windows, circa 1982-84, that have cranks that have failed. I need both left and rights. From what I have found, US patent number 4.241.541 1982 and on the short arm is etched number 31538. Long arm is approx 9 1/2" and short arm approx 3 1/2" to swivel then 4"

I have Semco windows and the crank operator appears to be the same brand. I am not sure of the gold gear mechanism. The window crank that you spin to open/close the window seems to have unscrewed itself from the unit, which now redners it uselss. Do i need to replace the entire piece, meaning, the o ... (cont.)

Attached are photos of Truth Hardware casement operators. While these are stamped with 20810, they look like the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator that I see on your website. The arms look to be the 10 3/4" and 4 7/16". Would you be able to confirm the part?

Hi, I am trying to find these for my customer she said they are Certainteed windows the bottom of the operator says PAT 1982 so im guessing there old . What other information might you need im hitting roadblocks everywhere I look Look forward to hearing from you

Hi Tom - I read the 39-107 might be cover replacement for my broken MW labeled covers which show TRUTH brand on the underside, pic attached. My wife bought a Truth cover from Amazon, that looks like your 39-107 but it does not seem to sit flush to the sill nor do the little "points" on the back bot ... (cont.)

Dear Expert - recently purchased an older home and realized some of the window operators were broken. I have included pictures of the broken one as well as one of the functioning ones for reference. Please advise what replacement parts are needed. Than you kindly!!!

Looks like "Entry Guard"by "Truth" the carpenters were kind enough to build in a removable trim piece for access. i have 4 of these windows and all of them have fallen apart.i have watched your video on replacement and i can handle it.I would like to know if you have these parts and how much they ar ... Since the mechanism isn't cranking window in and out anymore, I am assuming I need the gear assembly. Or what is best for longevity.

Two windows that open from the left as you face them have roller wheels that come out of track. A) metal track at base of window is 11" and Truth & a house icon is on the track (see pic); B).
