Hello this is a pivot shoe from my window. its broke at where it hooks onto spring. i super glued it together so you might recognize the part. i doubt if the super glue would actually work. This slides in the sash liner. It hooks to the spring. I think a hook of some sort broke off the bottom of the guide.

Not sure how to order these parts or what I'm looking at

I'm looking for a tool to open up the jambs so I can replace the friction shoes. Do you have anything like that?ThanksJeff

Hi. No labels or Id on frame. Pic of glass included. Looks like a balancer shoe that I've never seen. My client has a bunch of broken ones.

These sash balances are very basic. Behind my jamb liners are two springs attached at the top, one for the upper window and one for the lower. The springs clip on to the top of the jamb liner, and a plastic slide is clipped on at the other end. The plastic slide pieces have broken in nearly every ... (cont.)

I need to replace a friction shoe using SWISCO product code 15-104. The vinyl jam channel where the shoe is housed is 1/4 inch wide, which I need to spread open. Will the 75-069 jamb spreader fit into a 1/4 inch jam channel so I can avoid cutting a notch into the vinyl jam?

Pivot lock shoe. The hook on top that attaches to the spring is broken off. The part # that's on it is: 4551881. It is 1/2" x 2".
