Looking for a replacement for these Brosco sash guides circa 1993. The plastic is brittle and need something close. They are 3-3/4" wide x 64-1/4 long.

After these friction shoes 15-104 are installed in the channel and connected to the spring, I don't know what is the optimal adjustment of "friction" by turning the screw either way. Is the goal to move the shoe to anywhere and it should stay there? How hard should it be to move the shoe up or down? ... (cont.)

I have a handful of these that have broken. I can access them and only need the plastic part the window locks into.

The plastic slider which travels in the window jamb and attaches to the sash and the spring is broken so that the spring is no longer attached.
