Plastic slides broken from spring Looks like your part 15-104

I have Windsor Windows circa approx. 2000 and on one window, both sash springs came loose from the connector when it appears the connector failed (is in two pieces inside sash track). Believe the replacement for the connector is a Cardaco Friction Shoe (product code 15-104). Am stumped on trying to ... (cont.)

Pivot lock shoe. The hook on top that attaches to the spring is broken off. The part # that's on it is: 4551881. It is 1/2" x 2".

this plastic piece measures 1/2 x 1/2 x 2 3/8. The hook that the spring attaches to has broken off. It simply attaches to the spring via the hook and slides in the plastic track. The window is a double hung vinyl clad wood window that tilts.
