My balance rod measures 28" but is marked 27-D-40. Should I order series 770 channel balance sash support system in 28" or 27"? What does the option D mean? Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to find a replacement pivot shoe. The part is 2 inches long by 1.25 inches wide, and 9/16 inches thick. The number on the part is 4610.108 and the window was made by Rivco in 2000. I have Louisiana Pacific tilt windows. Bottom bracket broke, it is approximately 3" in length. Looks like the shoe is broken also. Measures 33" in length. I bought these vinyl window from Window Factory in Haddon Heights many years ago - they are no longer in business- the guy who bought the name is not honoring the life time guarantee.
