I ordered this pivot shoe and it is just ever so slightly too big I think. When I put it in the window track it's too tight to slide ( I double checked that it was not in the lock position). Do you guys have one that is slightly smaller? This one is item 15-129.

Need assistance in identifying these replacement parts

The channel balance is 9/16x 9/16 and marked 26D. The Shoe is also 9/16 thick and 1 1/4 wide. The pin is as you can see broken but is mounted in a full length hold at the bottom of the window and needs to match the shoes. Hey guys. I can't seem to remove this spring window brake from the window frame, there is no cut out. Am I missing something to do with how to remove it? And idea what part it is for replacement? I just ordered new balance springs from you all for this window (28E) as I thought this was the problem ... (cont.)

We believe it is 5/8" for the Pivot lock shoe. The window has a tag which says 9100 Series Double hung DH912446

Stamp on balance is #2900. Channel is 29". This is photo of L shoe and balance. The right shoe appears to be broken. I could not get to that side to get picture. I talked to Casey there. She thinks it is the 795 2900 but I wasn't sure the shoe was the same. It looks a little different from ... (cont.)
