I need to replace this, but no one locally has it.

Hi, my home has a single hang window and the channel balance and pivot shoe has broken so I can't open the window. I am requesting assistance in identifying replacement parts (channel balance, pivot block, and pivot bar) for a double-hung window. Please help identify the "sash lift" that is needed for this vinyl replacement tilt out window.

The window sash hooks into the stop and the stop is attached to the channel balance. No numbers are on part. Slides in a track on vinyl window.

Hardware is twenty some years old. Is there any chance of replacing these with coils? The channel is 9/16" X 1 .1/4.

When put in tilt-in position, window falls out. The pictured devices on the sides of the frames , containing pulley strings, are at different heights now. Don't know how this happened. Not sure which parts are at fault. Hope window does not need to be replaced.

From the pictures, it appears 15-129 pivot shoe is correct, but to verify, mine is 9/16 thick x 15/16 wide x a bit over 1/3/4 long (top is broken off) Also the 26-310 pivot bar looks correct. These two parts are compatible? Thanks.

Hi Can you help me to identify the replacement shoe? Will it be 15-188 or 15-135 or other? The size is 2"x 1/2" and 1 1/4". See the attached picture

windows were installed in 2009 face of pivot lock measures 1 1/4 inch. depth is 5/8 inch. Height is 2 1/8 inch.top metal plate that holds the spiral balance is not in this pivot lock. Could you tell me which pivot lock I need as I have to replace all windows. Thank You Stan McIlvee ... (cont.)

There is a metal spiral piece inside of a plastic sleeve about 1/2 inch in diameter. The part that attaches it to the window frame is plastic, too. It is almost 30 inches long.

I purchased Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick 15-129. However now the window will not shut enough to lock. Is there a shorter shoe you would recommend?

Looking to replace channel balance Length- 28 inches (metal frame only) I believe it's type 770. Markings are -0B. ???? DB 27-7. Also looking to replace the pivot shoe that is demolished ( photo attached) There is no cutaway to remove, so any suggestions on correct part and replacement process is ... (cont.)

Balance is 35 inches long the window block is separate and connected by a string with a metal collet.

2 1/16" Tall 1" wide 9 1/16 - 5/8 thick this look like the same shoe for another window in my unit but one has 2 balances and the other has one. Can the same shoe work on both? What part do you recommend. thanks joe

Hello, I am trying to identify this window balance and pivot lock shoe. the balance is 1/2 x 9/16. I will need a lot of these parts so i want to make sure we order the proper stuff.

It's me again. How do I identify these balance SHOES? Also, do I really need that white spacer thing? (one pic shows it with correct alignment, other pic shows it jammed at an angle). Do they come with the shoe or do I order them separately? regards,Eric
