Simonton single hung dual pane installed May 1998 tilt out feature coil spring return is broken on the left side from inside. I need the coil and the shoe.

Hello, I need 1 left & 1 right balance for the Simonton window shown in the picture. I also need 1 left & 1 right tilt pin for the same window but I don't have a picture. Bottom window moves. Top is fixed. Appears to be double coil. Windows are probably 20 years old

Good afternoon. I am looking for the spring piece in this picture, 3 left and 3 right. Window weight is 18 lb when placed on a scale.

I think its a constant force coil balance. It's the part that holds the window up when you open it. I have to prop the window up now to keep it open. Can't find Cavalier window store to check it out.

Part #801020 is broken on left side of window & contractor wants me to get same part for right side of window.

Thanks for posting. See our 15-111 Pivot Shoe. Compare the dimensions to ensure it's a match. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Springs. Let us know if you have any questions.

Coils have become completely deformed and disconnected from pivot shoe. I need help getting replacement part(s). It is is a two-coil system. Is it enough to replace the coil or should I replace the carrier, detent clip, coil, and pivot shoe? No markings are present that would help identify weight be ... (cont.)

I need all these parts. One coil is marked 5.5 lbs. The other is for a small window and has no markings. I assume the lightest. Please send me a list of the parts so I can order them. These are out of Simonton windows.
