I'm looking for the part in this picture. We recently bought a house and all the windows have this on both sides of each window. Four of them have cracked and broken this summer. It looks simple enough to replace the part but I cannot find it.

It appears that 3 out of 4 coils have broken in this set of two counterbalances. Sash weight is approximately 15-20 pounds (Guessing?) Windows may have been from any source even though it is suspected they were part of the pre-constructed Alouette home kit built in 2000.Thanks,Bill ... (cont.)

We would like to order a pair of window coil balances for the bottom sash- including the pivot chute, coil and support. The thickness of the pivot chute is 1/2". Attached is photo of the window pn tags and a good coil cover. Not realizing, wife took screw out of one and it recoiled down and broke the cover on the other side into 8 pieces. Can you help ID?

Hi. I need to replace all four balances for my Jeld-Wen 0415111 SASH-DH 519441-1 (31.5 x 61.5) DH0162 window. It seems that the window was forcibly handled by the previous owner of the house and all four balances are broken. Thanks Ariel
