Hi. I need to replace all four balances for my Jeld-Wen 0415111 SASH-DH 519441-1 (31.5 x 61.5) DH0162 window. It seems that the window was forcibly handled by the previous owner of the house and all four balances are broken. Thanks Ariel

I recently ordered part 15-150D to replace the pictured coil cover and it is the wrong part. There are two coils that need to be covered and it has two screws. The part I ordered is too short and only has one screw. Do you have anything to replace the pictured part?

One coil #3 and one coil #5 coils are 1/2"

I have identified the double coil balance as #801020, but cannot identify the other two parts. I also need to know if the pin can be replaced in the window as it has broken off the left side as seen in the photo 4. if so, how, there are no screws on the bottom of the window. Please advise. I have 2 broken springs, no markings found on any of the hardware. How can I decide on force selection? Can I weigh the window and split it for each balance? Thanks, John

trying to replace my coil spring single tilt window mechanism. photos attached. There are no markings on the cover or on the coils. The window is about 30x30.It is about 3 inches tall, 1 1/4 wide and 1 5/8 between screw holes. First pic is when it is in the window frame, but screws already removed.2 ... (cont.)

I have several large Simonton Windows that have broken coils. I have attached a few pictures of the broken pieces and will need to order 5 sets of parts. Spring on one side of window seems to have broken and coiled up on top of the piece where sash clips into. Does not have a brand sticker on window and was installed about 6 years ago.

The pieces on the top are from one window. The metal bar on the bottom is from a different window. The smaller part on the top has a pat. no. 5.704..165. They are from windows that were install in 2003/4.
