Hello, I?m looking to purchase new double coil balances for my 36 x 60 single hung window. The coils measure half in wide. The pivot shoe is 1.25? wide by 1? tall by 0.5? thick. The coil springs have a T style locking end to attach to the pivot shoe. The coil spring holder measures 3? long by 1-1/8? ... (cont.)

Please identify this part and let me know if you sell a replacement for it. The part is screwed into the sliding slot of a casement window about midway up the height of the window frame and there is one on each side. One of the parts failed so I removed it. Hello, I have Insul-Weld Vinyl windows. The coil on one side broke and the tilt pin (?) on the other side is broke. Pics included. Number "5" is on both coils. The coil assembly is 1 1/4" wide with 2 screws. I believe I need a double coil assembly and a tilt pin.

How do I find out the poundage? I know this came from a Empire Pacific Window. They are double hung tilt coil springs.Michelle

don't know what make window this is but the bottom sash can tilt and the top sash goes only up and down very frustrated

I have a Simonton single hung, dual pane, vinyl windows that needs a new balance on one side. Per my warranty paperwork, I believe the window is the Dimensions II model, circa 1996. Hi can u tell me what is the correct dual or double coil balance support for the 15-177 shoe? The one shown in my pics doesn't seem to fit correctly. I need a double coil balance support for the pictures of the coils and shoe that I sent.

Which dual coil balance support goes with the coil shoe 15-177. I ordered the 1/2 inch dual support and the 3/8 inch dual support but I don't think either are correct.
