Hi, I need replacement window coil balances (double coil} and sash pivot bars. I think your item # 26-021 would work for my windows.

Just purchased this house and found this condition. Double hung window, 33WX30L, sash is 21.5lbs. The attached pics show 2 different mounting heights. I believe I need 2 S140-11 assemblies but where do I mount them? Also do I attach 1 coil to each side of the slide or just 1 side as shown. Lastly ... (cont.)

My spring covers are cracking due to sun exposure. Need to replace but unsure what I need. I can't find any numbers on them.

I don't have a stamp number on the casing. It is for a tilt window. I am trying to figure out which part to order.

This part is the bottom pivot part for the window to tilt in. I'm guessing it usually travels up and down with the window but now is stuck at the bottom. I've tried several times to work it free but I can't get it to move. So I guess I have two problems: 1) Get this broken part out 2) Get its repla ... (cont.)

The pivot is connected with both springs end only at one side. Both springs are hooked at one side of pivot.the other side of pivot is open.Is that is correct?

Weight of larger window is about 30 pounds and small window is about 27 pounds. There is one label with 13 on small window and 14 on larger window. Need 4 assemblies, 2 left and 2 right(2 windows). The assemblies I have, have 2 #5 springs in each, meaning 2 #5s on the left and 2 #5s on the right.
