My springs are shot. The window width is 37" and weighs 23 lbs. I see no identifying numbers on the springs. Looking for coiled springs and pivot shoes. The shoe measures 1 3/8H x 1 3/16W and is 9/16 thick. Can you identify the parts? Thanks!

Need 2 coil and shoes... Coil is stamped "C". Please let me know if you have these parts available and the part numbers so I may purchase. Thank you

Hi. I need 4 coil balances and shoes for my double hung windows. The sash weighs 22 pounds. I can't find a marking that tells me what manufacturer I have. Not sure how to figure out what exactly to order. Thanks for your help.

I'm not able to show you pictures of these pieces when removed. Several windows in my house can no longer raise and lower--Im able to lift them and rest them on books so that they stay raised. Need all three parts, but couldn't find them in the pages I viewed. Would like to order two sets. Also there are no cut outs in the window channel, ended up breaking the coil holder removing it. Any suggestions on installing or removing. Help appreciated...

I have a procraft double hung window where both pivot bars and one of the sash carriers have broken. Curious what part number my pivot bar is (2 1/2 inches total length) and if I can just replace the pivot in the sash carrier.

I'm replacing broken parts in several of my double hung vinyl windows. I've managed to replace the pivots bars and tilt latches. However, I need to replace 4 total (2 pairs) of balance shoes. Thank you for the information. The coils you recommended do not have the little hook? The markings on the coil is 6 and 4.

I just spent $150 to replace the glass and the last remaining spring broke spring. Now both sides are broken. this is an old and likely very cheap vinyl replacement window. what else do you need to know to help me order new assemblies?
