I need to replace both of my up/down window channel balance. I do not know the manufacturer of the window but it's about 20 years old. Also, the windows did not have the take out clips; Is that normal to not have them or perhaps the installer to remove them? Thanks.

This clip is used to guide the widow down into place after replacing the springs. These clip is my last unbroken clip in the house.
