Wanting to identify the series of the replacements. I think I need four different versions for various window sizes.

My balance retainer is broken as well. The width is 0.25 inches. The height is 1.25 inches. My window is a sliding window. Thanks

This balance rod/guide or whatever it is called is for an Alcan window. I believe it is 24" and the numbers on it are 2310. Also need the top sashes.

Hello and thank you for your help. The channel balance on the left side of the bathroom window has an issue. It appears part of the bottom clip has broken off. The metal channel measures 32-1/2" or 32-9/16". I believe you consider it 1/2" channel. I need 2 pieces (1 for a spare) Also, please include 20 pcs (or std package) of the clips. Ours are all bent out of shape.

I am looking to replace the channel balance on 8 PGT SH 4000 windows. Photos attached. The balance is 24" long (metal only). The Channel Balance Assembly is 1/2" wide x 30"long. It is similar to S380 except bottom shoe depth is 7/8". Top guide and bottom shoe are both winged. The top guide appears to be 19-005.
