Dear sirs: Have Trustgard window with broken coil balances. Window pane is approximately 21" square. The only marking on coil is letter C. Need 2 sets as both broke. Weight is 10 ibs Thank you.

No mfg identification on the window or any parts. The parts I need are for the lower sash of a double hung. There is a "10" on the coil spring which is included in the 3 attached pictures. I have the double balance spring as shown in the picture but the stamp on the spring near tongue just says 5K. Can you assist with proper replacement?

I just need the spring. I can take it off of the spool on the other end, so I don't need anything else. If you look closely the coil is stamped with 5K. Not sure what that means. I have two 17 1/4 x 71 3/8 double hung windows where many of the coil balances have broken. Each window has two single coils for one sash and two double coils for the second sash.For the single coils, there is a stamp that appears to have "5K" on them. My sash won't stay up. The spring has become uncoiled (but not broken) but I couldn't coil it again. I have this old coil sprint that labelled 5K. What does it mean? Does it mean 5kg = 11lb? Is that correct? Please see pictures.

Alside Double Hung Window. Pivot Shoe broken. 1/2 thick. 1 1/4 Wide. 1 3/6 tall not including coils. 2 #5 Coil although coils are fine.

I have the pella windows and the coils broke on one of them. The coil is marked with a 10 and is bronze 1/2" wide. Numbers dont match the numbers you show on your site. can I get theses coils or comparable?
