S351-24 24" Series 351 Channel Balance

I have a window channel balance which is 24" long and 9/16" wide. I have identified the shoe and top and the channel is series S351. I was unable to identify which Stamp option I need. The current channel balance has "23 C" and "B.S.I." Stamped on it. If you can please let me know which stamp I need ... (cont.)

Gapco Windows. 2330 24" channel balances. The top guides do not appear to be listed. The top is 7/8" x 11/16". Height is 1-13/16". Width is 5/8" Upper section is 5/8" deep, lower section is 3/8" deep. Top hole is 1/4" from top. Need two channel balance top guides. I am also ordering two 233 ... (cont.)

I have a number of Kinco windows which I believe all need the plastic parts replaced...at a minimum the top sash guides. The windows are various sizes but were all purchased at the same time and the parts look similar w/o removing the various windows. Assuming they are the same part I need 2 d ... (cont.)

These are from the same window but are marked as 2220 and 2320. One appears to be a little longer than the other, but they are not perfectly straight now.

I could not find my channel balance replacement on your website. The balances are 24" in length ( the metal part) and 9/16" in width. The nylon balance top is about 1/2" in width and about 1 and 1/4" in greatest length. the shoe is about 1/2" in width and about 1" on the bottom and about 1" in he ... (cont.)

I believe this is a 60 series channel window balance. The metal is 24 inches long. The number on the metal is 2340

Hi Arlene. This looks like either a Series 351 or Series 390 Non-Tilt Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare w ... (cont.)
