24 inchs along the metal portion only. Width across both channel dimensions is 5/8". Both nylon / plastic ends have wings one end is tapered and other end is more square / blunt in shape. Looking to purchase 14 balances Thanks Ed

The length of Balancer is 24 inch excluding plastic on header and bottom part.

This is from an ALCAN window.I ordered two balance for the same type window S380-30 and they fit fine. This is a smaller window,if this helps.

I'm looking at replacing 2 window balances. Plus a clip to hold the balances in place. I recently bought 12 and they worked perfect. But this Window is much bigger but the balances are smaller.

Hello I need some help identifying which part I should get for the windows. Here are the measurements in addition to the pictures 1 3/8" long and the top cap measures 7/16" by 13/16". I was able to determine the channel balance to be S380-24 option 2330 if it helps

I ordered balancers and they are not the right size. I put the old one next to the one I received. The new one the white part on the bottom is larger. So the window will not close because it is too wide.

My balance comes from an Alcan window. It is 24 inches from metal to metal. Has number on it. 2420

Hi, I need confirmation if my window balances are S380 24". Here is what I know, the length of the metal is 24" the width about 9/16" The top and bottom nylon pieces lead me to believe that it is a S380 since it is 1" in depth.
