S380-24 24" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello,I have a couple of Milgard windows and I am unsure as to which channel balancers to buy. I have included pics of the balancers, but did not take any of them installed yet. Not sure if you can help based on these pictures. I also have a stamp of 2330 which I assume is the weight limit of the ... (cont.)

I need to find the correct replacement part of my window balance. The interior cord broke, and the plastic end also broke. The length of the balance (measuring only the metal part) is 24 inches. The width is 5/8 in.

Size 27"

I need to replace non tilt Calwell channel balances and sash guides for my vinyl windows. Please help identifying the right replacements. Channel length is 24 inches. Please see photos above. Looks like Swisco S380-24 is the right part, but please verify. Stamped on part "2320".

24 inch length. Stamp says 23 4 IQ CALDWELL I need only one balance I'm not sure who manufactured it

I was thinking I need a Series 380 channel balance but a Swisco rep encouraged me to ask for custom advice. He said the shoe looked a little small. I need four balances with a 2340 stamp and six balances with a 2940 stamp. What do you think?

This balance rod/guide or whatever it is called is for an Alcan window. I believe it is 24" and the numbers on it are 2310. Also need the top sashes.

Seems like it's either the S380 or the S385, but I can't tell the difference in the boot.
