S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

One set is labeled "28 4 Caldwell Fm" but is 29 inches long, 1/2 inch wide for non tilt. The other set is labeled "25 4 Caldwell HM" but is 26 inches long.

Metal channel measurements: 29" long X 9/16" wide X 5/8" deep. Number stamped on channel: 28 B. Thank you for any help you can give me.

We need some new balancer parts. I believe these are called "Block and Tackle". They measure 29" longt(he metal portion) and are 1/2" in width. Can you please let me know if you carry a replacement part? We need 10 of these.

Hello, Im trying to identify my balance and the top and bottom that are correct. The balance is 29"L 9/16"wide and 1/2' deep. The shoe depth is 7/8" Pictures of the ends are attached. Thanks for your help.

I need 29 inch balances for two windows the same height but different widths. One pair of the old balances are stamped 28B USB and the other pair stamped 28D USB.

Good Evening, I am looking for a 29" (metal channel) channel balance. I believe it is a 385 or 380. But from your description I am unable to verify the 1-3/32 vs the 1-inch. I don't see which direction to measure. Can you help? Thanks, Lise

Hi There,I follow the guide and found that S380-29 fits what I need with a slight difference, S380-29 shoe width is 1" (15-005) but mine is 7/8"(15-029). Do you guys have one with that shoe width?Thanks,Jesus
