S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

Two years ago I ordered S380-30 : 30" Series 380 Channel Balance. They worked great.Now I ordered same product and they don't hold the window. Upon review I saw that newer ones have longer spring and it is "softer". Balances don't hold window up.Most windows are the same size. Weight and dimens ... (cont.)

The balance springs are stamped with the number 2920. I also need the plastic end pieces as shown in the picture.

Could you please verify the series 380 is what I need as a replacement? I was concerned that the top shoe is different from your pictures and not sure it would work. The measurements you give for the bottom shoe do match mine. I have never changed any channel balances in the past, but your video see ... (cont.)

Thanks so much for your help identifying the parts I need for the Alcan window measuring 53"x62" high.I believe the parts I need are two (2) complete 1/2" channel balances and two (2) white top sash guides. I need to replace several window balances throughout my house. The sash guides failed and the balances shot up and failed due to the initial failure. From seeing someone else's post on here, I belive these may be Kinco windows. The markings on the balances are "29 3 KW CMC 11" on the left balance ... (cont.)

The 30" part no longer recoils as it should. In one of the photos there is a number I think it's 2240. I also need the clips(pictured) that screw into the sash that pulls the balance back down.

Measurements are 1/2 inch wide by 30 inches long

There is no stamp on the balance I am replacing. The sash weighs approximately 21 pounds. Should I choose a stamp accordingly?

I have two windows that have no balancers in them. These are pics of the ones that do have and are of same size. Thank you.

Here are some photos of the parts I need. The balances are marked 29 3 BSL 0L. The bottom guides are 9/16 x 1-1/32 and the sash guides are 5/8 x 1.54. Can you tell me which part numbers to order?

I am looking for 2 new channel balancers. I bought 18-166 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco and they looked close but the first 2 were ruined because the balancers were stuck. My balance channel is 24" long, 1/2 " depth. The stamp read 23-2 DA2 CMC 4. What do I need to replace a new one?

I am noticing that I need new window sash channel balance but also I noticed that the piece on the actual window that hold the balances are also broken. I?m not sure what the name is.
