S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, I would like your help in replacing a window balance for a 15 lb window sash. I have included some images for you to review. I could not figure out the correct replacement parts for my window. Thank you for your help, Brian

I have two windows that have no balancers in them. These are pics of the ones that do have and are of same size. Thank you.

Here are some photos of the parts I need. The balances are marked 29 3 BSL 0L. The bottom guides are 9/16 x 1-1/32 and the sash guides are 5/8 x 1.54. Can you tell me which part numbers to order?

Attached are photos of the channels removed. 30? long, look just like 380s, except the top is flat. Came on Kinco window, weigh 30.5 lbs. Please devise.

I am looking for 2 new channel balancers. I bought 18-166 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco and they looked close but the first 2 were ruined because the balancers were stuck. My balance channel is 24" long, 1/2 " depth. The stamp read 23-2 DA2 CMC 4. What do I need to replace a new one?

Old number is 28C USB. Looks like I need a S380 but don't know the weight of the sash. I could weigh it but it is half way accross town.

I am noticing that I need new window sash channel balance but also I noticed that the piece on the actual window that hold the balances are also broken. I?m not sure what the name is. Also I measured the length using a tape measure when using that I cane up with 30in but the number on the sash bal ... (cont.)

Balances are for norandex windows that were installed in 2003

As I mentioned to the prior rep. I don't see any identifying markings or numbers on this balance. I need this part for my window as well as both sash guides.

The bsi number is 2990 38 The sash is 501/2 in wide by301/2 in It weighs 30 to 35 lbs I think

House was built in 2004 by Mercedes Homes (Florida), I need to replace 2 non-tilt channel balances. Marking on side is: 29 9 FX CMC 7, they are 30" long (excluding feet)and 1/2" wide. Both feet have tabs/wings. Also, need 2 top window guides. One shown is 1-1/2" long and almost 5/8" wide where ... (cont.)

Our balance has 29 3 stamp and I don't see that exact option. I feel good about all of the measurements just unsure of the stamp number. What do u think?

I need 2 single hung sash style window blanaces that will fit. The number printed on the balance is 29 9 EX CMC 2, and I can't seem to find a match. The metal part of the balance is about 30".
