S380-32 32" Series 380 Channel Balance

I am looking to replace these channels for two windows, which currently have to be propped up to stay open. Attached are photos for the existing channel. I watched your video, and there don't appear to be any "markings" such as numbers or letters on the existing channel...? And, it is 32" long (met ... (cont.)

I had a balance break on one of my windows. Hopefully the photos provided will help identify specific balance so I can replace them. The existing balance is marked on the channel 31 5 HU CMC 2 Any help or guidance regarding which balance to order would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how to measure the length, but the metal part is 32" long. The printing on the part is 31 3 FS CALDWELL

One Channel balance says "31 3 JK Caldwell" and the other is stamped "31 4 Caldwell FM". Multiple parts look bent, broken, or chipped. The metal part measures 32" even though it is stamped "31". The sash weighs 21 lbs. Let me know if you need further information. Thanks,

Stamps and markings are "31 5 HQ CALWELL" 31" long inside 32" long from the side.

Hello, I need to replace two BSI channel balances for my window, along with the plastic hardware that screws into the top of the window pane. The channel balance is stamped with "31 C". The metal frame measures nearly exactly 32 inches (photo included). Unsure of the name of the plastic tab that ... (cont.)

Window Balance is stamped 3190 35. 1/2" Wide. Plastic part appears to be broken off one of the ends.

I have a BSI 3130 block and tackle balance, 5/8" deep, 5/8" wide, 32" long. I'm not sure what to replace it with.

Need 2 of these window channels, original ones are marked: Caldwell 31 3 IO. Looks like S385-32" option: 3110. Does this look correct?

Length is 32". Stamped: BSI with RN perpendicular to it.
