Trying to find balancers that work

Hi, I have some single hung windows in a house I just bought that have the following numbers on the tag: DH-R30 MST 4080 Series 300/700/2300/2700. I don't see any removal clips like my old windows had. Is there a way to remove the moveable and the fixed sashes? Thanks.

My windows do not have old balances to measure off of to order correct length. I need red tip, weight wise.

All the plastic parts in these spring-operated frames have deteriorated. I really hope you sell repayment parts.I have not been able to find any identifying numbers. Have not removed the frames but, if you think that might help find identifying info I can.Thank you Karl

Need to find replacement for pictured window balance. Any help appreciated.

I have 4 windows total and I need replacement springs for all 4 (8 springs total).The sizes seem to be 18" (x4) and 24" (x4). Even those these windows are old, about 1972 with the original building, I'd love to keep the windows and simply replace the springs so the windows can smoothly open, stay op ... (cont.)

Our home is 40 years old and we have aluminum windows with a rolled steel rod on both sides. These rods are thin metal and then have a long spiral coil inside that in some way supports the window in any position. These rods are now worn and galded so the window move hard and in small jumps. Please help need replacement parts

I don't see any clips or fasteners at the bottom of the non-tilt window. I was able to remove the defective balance from the bottom so I assume the unseen clip is damaged. Do I have to remove the window and if so, how is this done?

This window is a General aluminum non-tilt window with spiral balancers. There is no way to remove the sash from the frame. How do I replace the spiral-balance in a window like this? On the bottom of the sash there is no obvious shoe to attach the balancer to. Please offer some guidance... ... (cont.)

I see no bottom mount, appears to just catch in bottom of window.

I have these failing channel balances, and would like to replace them, just so no one looses a finger in the window. I just bought a house, and all of the balances are broken. The windows are metal, single hung. They look like thin spiral balances. The 24" pair of balances I am replacing definitely have a black tip. They are about 20+ years old. The picture of the replacement shows a red tip. Please assist in clarifying this difference.
