I think this part retains the spiral balance. As you can see it's missing on one side of the window. Do you have a replacement? Thanks for any advice!

The spiral window balance is installed in an older aluminum non-tilt window. The metallic cylinder length is 25' and the diameter of the cylinder is 3/8. I do not see any bracket that attaches the balance to the window panel. The plastic tip appears to be red.

Not sure of shoe type for 3/8 inch S400 25 inch window balance vertical window. I need to replace 3 spiral balances, with 3 shoes and a tool to install. Thanks,

Need a number of these per my discussion with your rep. please note the windows are 40 x 30 inches. the openings which contain the balances extend down the sides of the window and are approximately 25 inches in length. the balances themselves are cased in metal that twists around a ... (cont.)

At least 30year old sliding window. 25 inches long 3/8 diameter

Diameter is 3/8", length of the tube is 25". I believe I need the 400 series but there is no tip color option? Current tip is green. The second photo shows what the spiral attaches to at the base of the sash. Do I need to purchase anything other than just the spiral balance?

I have spiral balances in my home. They match your s400 series of spiral balances, but I don't know what clips to use for the bottom.

I have a very old aluminum window with 3/8"x25" channel balance with a "T" connection that needs to be replaced. I don't know how to get the window out of the frame and can't find a video of how to replace this part. Can you help?

We have a number of broken springs supporting windows that went into the unit around 1980. They are single glazed windows and we do not know the manufacturer. #1 is a 3/8" tube 24 1/2" from the center of the top hole to the bottom of the tube. #2 is a 3/8" tube 35" from the center of the top hole to the bottom of the tube. Thank you, Tom
