Ok here is the skinny. Older Wausau Home 25 years approx. Home has several tilt out window channels not working or broken. Took out part and measured length is 31 and eighth. For Tilt Wash single hung vinyl : The balance knife Lock shoe is broken, so can I just replace the broken piece. If I like to replace the whole 31" series 751 channel balance, can I use S751-31, but the end to connect the spring is different from the one I have.

Where can I buy a replacement for these? Each one has a different stamp. One is 30TG and the other is 32TG.

Wooden window, to tilt, you have to press in on both sides and yank. The balance says 30HD with inside string, flat surface and is 3/8" wide. The 750 series looks wider than what I need.
