need coil balance and the metal piece that is broken in the picture. Also how do you take them off when there is no spot to slide out. coil balance is 5/8- 26in length.

I need 14 red tip spiral balances. They are 26" tube...3/8" wide tube . Also 6 green tip spiral balances 26" tube 3/8"wide tube . 10 pivot pins . 4 tilt lashes 2.5" long by 5/16 wide . Thank you Jim Schuler

I need some window parts. To me the balance looks the same. This window is a little different than the others. It's curved at the top, but it's the only one with a label. Can you help with this?

I'm not sure of the correct size of this and I'm not sure how to get it out of the window. I took the valance out of each window but it looks like the shoes need to be replaced as well. I'm thinking this is a 26-in valance with a blue tip

My window is tilted, the moving panel weight is 30 Lb,my spiral is 3/8" with 26" length, is I can replace the 3/8 with 5/8.

I'm replacing 40+ year old double hung window springs. The old spring tubes are about 25 1/2 inches long and the tips are blue. I'll need to order about 14 springs, but at this point I'd only like to order two to make sure I get the right product.Thanks for your help.Geoff

Good afternoon, I just submitted another request to help find Pivot Shoes. I have 5 windows with 28" yellow balances, and 2 windows with 26" white balances. The ones I have are plastic, but I think I can replace with metal, correct?

Hello, I don't know the actual tip color as I was passed on this information on length of 26". These windows are not that old and not that large. About 26" wide. Is it safe to go with the heavier balances (yellow tip) to cover for worst case?

They are 29" long width of 3/8 and the window sash weight is 22 lbs. Should I order the red, or green. Also need 4 balancers for a 26" length 3/8 width with 9 lb. Window sash also need 4 window balancer length 29" width 3/8 window sash weighs 25 lb.
