I need two of these balances. It looks like the shoe is a 15-224, but what do you think? The sash weighs 28 pounds. It attaches to the window with a hook.

Hi, I ordered the S795-31 channel balance. My only issue is that the balance shoe is too wide for the channel. Is there a similar balance available with a shoe that's narrower? Thanks Bobby

Please help me identify this part for ordering. Its a BSI 1/2 inch block and tackle balance for an Andersen Silverline Vinyl single hung window. The stamp is 30 3 BSI and the metal part measures 31 inches. Pictures attached.

Hello. We have single hung, MW, vintage year 2000 spring balances. Only the bottom dash moves. The bottom sash weights 21.6 pounds. The only marking on it is inside the channel. It says "db l03 31B" I need a set of these.

How do I know which shoe I'm getting? I need 1 1/4" open cam

The Unique window balance went out of business in the late 1990's but we do believe we can help. May we see the another balance and pivot shoe in the window track and the pivot bar on the bottom of the sash, so we can come up with a replacement?
