I would like to buy 2 Series 795 channel balances (28B) with the 15-198 hook attached, and 1" closed cam shoes. (I think 15-194) Can I buy the channel balances with the hook attached? ...or do I need to modify them myself?

Hi, I am trying to find the correct balancer to repair my broken windows. I have about 5 or 6 windows that randomly slammed shut and now wont stay open on their own. the balancer is popped out. Good morning, Looking for a replacement block and tackle setup for Pella, circa 2010 manufacture. I am able to reuse the existing shoe guides if needed. Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame. Hi, I am looking to order some replacement balancers in these two variations. I see there are codes 27B and 27C. The length is 27" + the clips and the width appears to be 1/2". Can you direct me on which replacement balancers to order?

Need both parts. Have several Pella windows with same problem. the hook mounts in a round hole at the top not sure how to remove the lower plastic piece for the widow frame I do not see a cut out in the track even if I remove the plastic top cover

Here is a pick of the balance rod with clip required for my window. Last time I order it was part# 28D balance w/15-198 clip. I have a previous order # 2344972 which was order and worked. Also have additional parts I need to add which are standard parts.
