I have one balance the hook broke.I have 12 channel balances the t-lock balance shoe cams are broke but I can’t determine if they are open or closed cams since they are broken apart.

Good morning, Looking for a replacement block and tackle setup for Pella, circa 2010 manufacture. I am able to reuse the existing shoe guides if needed. Need both parts. Have several Pella windows with same problem. the hook mounts in a round hole at the top not sure how to remove the lower plastic piece for the widow frame I do not see a cut out in the track even if I remove the plastic top cover
