Here is a pick of the balance rod with clip required for my window. Last time I order it was part# 28D balance w/15-198 clip. I have a previous order # 2344972 which was order and worked. Also have additional parts I need to add which are standard parts.

I need to replace the Tilt in Window Balances in some of my vinyl windows and have narrowed it down to the S795 32D model however, I am not sure which cam mechanism to order and I also need a hook on the end to attach the top to the window. The string on my window balance broke. From looking at your website I'm pretty sure I need a 24" inch series 795 channel balance. I see a 15-195 t- lock balance is included. I believe I would need a 15-194 T-lock. My t-lock has 3 different pat. numbers on it they are as follows: 4610108 667 ... (cont.)

I believe balancer is what I only needed. Condition for white piece and metal piece that attached to the window is OK.

I'm looking for 28C and 34B ribbed balance 1/2 in by 1/2 in with 1 in wide shoe (#15-194) and top screw clip Does it matter if the metal is ribbed or plain? Thanks Yes both are ribbed and from tilt window I'll need 4 of each (8 total) if available

I believe the replacement is your series 795 and a 15-194 shoe for I'm other posts but wanted to double check since that seems like a screw in attachment point where I have a hook.

Pat #s found on part 6.679.000 4.610.108 D467.490 I thought I purchased the right replacement with item# 15-229 but they are not correct. I would like to return those items in order 2454772 and hopefully find the correct parts aswell. Please help!

Need correct part number. The length of the balance is 27" without the shoe. It has a marking 27B.

I have 3 Pella replacement windows that are all 17 years old and all the exact same size. The plastic on the window shoes all broke on all 3 lower sashes. I'm not sure exactly what I replace. Is it just the plastic bottom or the full spring piece? Sash weight is 17.6 pounds.

The metal part of the balance is 26" long and is 9/16" wide. The only markings on the balance is. 26C and BS Here are a couple more pictures that you requested.

House in Virginia, built in 2006, several balances broken on vinyl windows. Part # on balance looks like 28C Rd BS1. It is 28" long. Top & bottom sash are about 30" high x 32.5 wide. Need 2 S795-28c balances. 1 inch wide shoe. Open cam. With a hook top. No hole in vinyl frame. Could you give me a price on that ? Also I have 2 different windows that need coil balances. The coil balance is 1/2 inch wide with a screw hole like s190 or s175 with a stamp 3 on it.
