I have a vinyl tilt window with two broken counter balance assemblies so now the window will not stay up when opened. Picture 395 shows the top of a good assembly. I need a 2 latches and one plastic slider part for one of my windows. I've attached pictures of the tag on the window and the parts I need to replace. Is this enough information to provide me the exact part numbers? Thanks.

I am trying to replace these parts for our constant force window balancer.

I have 3 windows with broken coils. I have been looking for the 6 replacement coils that i need to fix them. I believe that there is also a wedge that they sell to help change these parts. The coil balance broke and need to replace it. To be safe, I'd like to replace the whole fixture. Need assistance with identifying the right parts to order.

The windows were installed in 2003, when the house was built. I need at least four, and would buy some extras for our other windows.

Customer needs the 3 coil balances replaced on 1 simonton window. We need 1 per each side. The number I found on the plastic is 5.704.165

A Swisco agent tells me my actual shoe is no longer available. But he showed me an alternative. The dimensions for the pivot shoe (15-177) and cool spring (series 152) appear to be correct. But I'm still not convinced. I have attached additional pics showing the front, back and side views. I hope ... (cont.)

I need to replace at least the covers of these balancers, which have degraded and crumbled from UV exposure. I think the coils themselves as well as the coil shoes are still good, but I'm happy to replace those as well if that makes more sense.

I don't known name of pivot shoe, I did send three pictures to you, but I would like to discuss with someone that can help me to fix problems
