Heard coils snap( break ) .The window is inoperable.

I was hesitant to remove the spring without having another one to put in. Any help for ordering replacement parts is appreciated.

Piece broke in the track of the window. Went to shut window and wouldn't shut. The entire piece on the left side of window cracked and am hoping I can just replace that piece.

We just bought a house and the windows are around 20 years old. When we started tilting the windows in to replace weather stripping a lot of the plastic brackets broke. Simonton double hung bathroom window, weight is 10lb. 1oz. Coil spring broke. Need new parts.

I'm not sure which S165-? spring coils I should order the current broken and bent coils have no markings other than 35 in. Each side of window sash has three coils and the weight of the window is 18 lbs the spring coil width is 3/8 inch. The sticker on the Sash bottom is stamped D0313 8/09/02 bar co ... (cont.)

I need to replace several balances and bottom weather seals on my windows. I have included photos of the weather seal, balances (both damaged and undamaged), and the pivot shoe. I have a new construction home bought brand new and it's two years old now I have a problem getting a replacement part because the parts are no were on the internet or hardware stores. I purchased the S140-3. When I lower the window it interferes with the tilt window latch. The old spring holder was shaped with room for the latch to pass without interference. The metal coil is 3/8" wide. Thanks for any help.
