Simonton double hung bathroom window, weight is 10lb. 1oz. Coil spring broke. Need new parts.

I'm not sure which S165-? spring coils I should order the current broken and bent coils have no markings other than 35 in. I need to replace several balances and bottom weather seals on my windows. I have included photos of the weather seal, balances (both damaged and undamaged), and the pivot shoe. I purchased the S140-3. When I lower the window it interferes with the tilt window latch. The old spring holder was shaped with room for the latch to pass without interference. The metal coil is 3/8" wide. Thanks for any help.

I found this post when searching for my own part that has the same numbers on the coil support. "The numbers on the white piece above it are 5.232.208 & 5.365.638 need replacement parts." The reply doesn't recommend a replacement coil support. The only recommendation I see is for the pivot shoe a ... (cont.)

Believe this is a dimension 1 model. Side shoe has damaged cover and needs replacement. Pictures are from undamaged side. Springs are 1mm wide and 3mm in diameter. Also need window latches.

The spring unit is 4.5 inches long. There are no markings on it. Installed in 2002 when house was built. The coil cover allows the sash spring clip to slide over top of it.
