My window coil balance is broken. I just ordered two of the series 160 balances (7.5 lb for a 14.5 lb lower window). However, It appears that I have four of the coil balances two on each side. So with that in mind and seeing the pictures what coil springs do I need and do I need to replace other par ... (cont.)

I have several windows within my house which do not remain open. Here is a picture I took of one of the working windows. I am trying to determine which window shoe and balance to purchase. The windows appear to be 20 years old. What parts should I purchase?

Looking for springs and pivot shoe and Pivot arm for Simonton window

Need some coil and pivot replacement parts for my Simonton Windows bought in 2012. Pictures below. Windows are extremely hard to open and close- do not slide properly. From everything I have read - I need to replacement parts. Photos below- thank you for any assistance

Looking for plastic housing with spring/coil steel that assists in lifting vinyl window sash and keeping it up. I need the tilt balance. Mine plastic housing is for 3 spring but only used 2. I need the 3 inch T and the window releases right and left. Several sets of each. My house built in 2007.

Number on the carrier 590 Pat#5740165. I was also wondering to the replacements come with the springs or are they separate?

I do know that I need 15-199 pivot shoes, I do know that I need Series 165 coils, but I dont know the balance....please help me. Based upon what I have learned from your experts, I think in a lot of my cases it is just the coil cover/retainer that has dry rotted, and the coils and shoes are fine. ... (cont.)
