Coil balance for an MI window

The spring twisted and the cover was so deteriorated that it fell apart, the coils have a number 4 stamped on them and one has a spay painted number that can't be read pictures included. The balance lock has a part number 5704165

I'm not sure on brand. The windows were installed in 2003. The inside of this part has silver coils and they are attached with a screw.

Had the numbers 98 31 on one side

I have identified the double coil balance as #801020, but cannot identify the other two parts. I also need to know if the pin can be replaced in the window as it has broken off the left side as seen in the photo 4. if so, how, there are no screws on the bottom of the window. Please advise. I have several spiral balances that are 3/8" x 29", but as you can see that these balances have no colored tips. I have one window that has red tips. I'm looking for the balance parts for two Simonton windows with the attached information. They are from 2009. One window won't stay up and the other I can only move up about six inches and it won't go any further.

The Metal on a few of my windows that comes out of the Plastic part at top, crunched and then broke. Do you recognize this type of Spring Tension part? If you need more pictures I can take the window out for more. These are swing out windows for easy cleaning.

I need this whole assembly for my window. My hoyse is only 4 years old and this broke already.

I believe that it is the coil balance that has broken, something snapped inside and seems to be missing one of the circular coils inside. The window will not stay up so I have been looking to fix it.

Siminton double hung windows. Need balance replacement. 3 coil springs. Markings on the coils includes 35" P and a worn out number but looks like 232208. There is also a marking PA1 on the spring.
