Good morning! I need 2 of the double spring loaded balancers. I need 2 of the single spring loaded balancers and 6 of the pivot bars. Ron thank you.

Window is 10 lbs, coil is half-inch wide, etched [#6.5 35"] with no other identifying markings. I do not know window mfg. Is the S140-10 correct for this fix? Thanks, Jeff PS: I do have photos, but "add photos" button doesn't.

Our Simonton double hung window won't stay up and after removing the sash I see that the balance assembly is cracked. Not sure what replacement I should get and attached photos.

Hi, Our house was built in 2000, and all of our tilt latches and dual coil covers are crumbling to pieces. The bar code says Monton Windows, not sure if its the same as Simonton or not. I have bought a couple products but nothing fits. For example our tilt latch appears to have a Top Plate length of ... (cont.)

We need to replace the balance assembly for 8 windows. I removed one and uploaded pictures. The brand is Simonton and they were installed with double hung windows in 2000 or 2001. The shoe is 1/2 inch wide. The top half of the part number is partially worn off on each coil, so I am guessing that the ... (cont.)

All of these have broken on every window in my house. Not sure of the window manufacturer, no markings anywhere. Single hung windows. Also need the shoe for a bunch of them! Thanks in advance. Miguel

Coil balance for an MI window

The spring twisted and the cover was so deteriorated that it fell apart, the coils have a number 4 stamped on them and one has a spay painted number that can't be read pictures included. The balance lock has a part number 5704165

I'm not sure on brand. The windows were installed in 2003. The inside of this part has silver coils and they are attached with a screw.

Had the numbers 98 31 on one side

I have identified the double coil balance as #801020, but cannot identify the other two parts. I also need to know if the pin can be replaced in the window as it has broken off the left side as seen in the photo 4. if so, how, there are no screws on the bottom of the window. Please advise.
