Looking for this only has one screw hole I had ordered the wrong ones need 4 these are used with S385-30. &. S380-30. Can you tell me what item # from your web site so I can look at the correct parts thank youRobert

Not sure of the weight I should order. The only stamp on the metal is 29-4. The metal part does measure 30 inches

I have 1/2inch wide, 30 inch long springs for single hung, non-tilt windows. For some reason the springs have been breaking though the sash cap. I'd like help finding the right spring and sash caps, and some ideas about why that would happen in the first place. There is no stamping on the springs ... (cont.)

The string broke and you say replace the whole thing. The identifying code is 29-4 NN BSI The metal is 30 inches. Width of metal casing is 1/2 inch. I saw in another post to measure the plastic piece at the pulley end and it is a little over an inch as shown in picture 5. The house was built in 78 ... (cont.)

Hello. If you could please help with finding a part number for the attached photos. One window balancer is broken block and tackle while the other has broken plastic guides.

We need 4 Channel Balance Rods that are 30" long by 9/16" wide as per the attached photos. The windows are hurricane glass & are 33" w x 30" high. We also might as well get 4 new of take-out clips. Thanks ... Grant

The only markings I can see is 2900.

Update after reading more on your website. Metal piece is 30 inches, though there is a stamp 29. Plastic piece extends past metal 3/4 inch.
