S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

Can u please help me identify the cannel balance I would need. I found what I need on ur website but looks like the bottom shoe does not match. Rest everything looks good. I would need 4 of 27 inch ones and 2 of 33 inch ones. Please see the attached pictures of both.

Milguard balancer.

All of a sudden I have had channel balancers on 4 windows fail (2 are the same size) at the same time. I have attached pictures of the numbers on the channel as well as a picture of one of the full balancers which I took out. I don't know the original manufacturer but maybe these will be familiar to ... (cont.)

Need 4 single hung (2 windows) 33 inch x 1/2 inch balancers with ID BSI 3240 (backwards E). From BSI website top and bottom look like 3240-3 (60-508 top and 60-503 bot). attached photos of top and bottom.

I accidentally order a 32 inch channel balance instead of a 33 in. Will a 32 inch still work?

Home is approximately 20 years old. Windows are "Philips Products". Best I can tell is this company is out of business. Attached pictures show widow where balancers are broken. Overall size is 29 wide by 70.5 tall. Lower moving window is 37.5 tall.Need to find out if you have balancers for these ... (cont.)
