S165-4 4 lb Series 165 Egress Coil Balance

Need a replacement part for Alliance Windows, purchased approximately 20 years ago. #4, 35" , 5232208, Model: Windgate/ Belmont double hung window. See attached photos. Please advise

One of the coil attachments (photo 1) in my 2006 vintage Simonton window has cracked and released the coil. I need to replace the mechanism. The second photo is the window code sticker found at the top of the window.

I wanted to know the difference between the 160 and the 165 series. Total weight of window is 18 lbs

Which balance, carrier and cover do I need to replace these?

Springs are 35" and have 4.5 on them. The shoe is 17/32 thick and 1.25" wide

I have a few windows with broken coil springs. The windows do not go up or down. On at least 1 window the metal peg that stick out from the window and attaches to the window frame is also broken. I have 6 Simonton windows that need new coil balance assemblies. They are all single hung 3 coil - and the moveable pane is ~ 18 pounds. The photo shows the current parts. Each has 2 coil assemblies. Can you share part #s to replace ? Thank you!!

I believe this part is the Series 165 coil balance, but I cannot find a stamp to indicate the weight. Are you able to provide any guidance as if that is the correct coil balance and what the correct weight is? I am looking to order the entire coil balance assembly.

Looking for replacement balances for Simonton single hung window with tilt in sash model 40-17 from 2006. Balance cover has deteriorated from UV exposure. Triple coil...coils have the following same markings on each of the three coils...#4.0 35" 5232208. Thanks!
