The window weighs approximately 21 LBS. The size of the window glass is 27.5 tall by 30.25 Wide. The sash that goes all the way around the window is about 1.5" (the white part that hold window) There are 3 springs hooked together that individually say #4 035" P

the coil spring is broken on one window and the latch tilt is broken on three windows (6ea- 3 left and 3 right). this is not on my house but a client of mine. I have reached out to the Simonton window company but have not received a response.

Looking for springs and housings. The track is 1/2" wide and the windows pivot. I could use help sourcing the proper parts. Springs are #4, sash weighs 25 pounds.
