I am missing one of these supports. The support is 1 & 7/8" till 1 & 1/4 "wide at widest part amd the main part of the support is a little less and the support also has a rib facing the inside of the window

What should we reorder? Metal coil is 1/2" wide and has the numbers 246D Z with a 1 under the D and #6.5 354.The gray shoe is 1/2" deep, 1" in length and 1 1/4" wide and has Patent 4,610,108. I'm looking for some pivot shoes to replace some where the tabs that hold the coil have broken. I could also use a couple of coils. The coil style I appear to have is an S160 (tab on the end that clips into the pivot shoe). I'm fine with purchasing a kit containing both a coil and a pivot shoe. The ... (cont.)

Hi, Have no marking on old coils. Cassette at top of sash housed double coils on both side. The length of the sash from the bottom of the cassette housing at the top of the sash to where the shoe with the window closed is 53". The window weighs 20lb. Both sides bottom window of double hung window. Coil Balance spring snapped. Removed one side and the only number I could see is " 7.5 " on spring. The rest was unreadable. Need to find these coil balance and pivot

Is there a product I can install to replace the old balances. The old ones are broken and will probably need to be cut in order to remove. The rail opening is 3/4" wide and 1/2" deep. The sash is 25 1/2" wide by 29" high.Thank you for your assistance.Wayne

Need a pivot shoe, 9/16 deep x 1 1/4" wide. Hieght doesn't really matter. Just need the slotted top corner to allow the coil tensioner to lock in place

These limited travel possibly shimming screw posts have a slot for adjusting in and out. The wide face at the other end presses against the rough framing. What are they called ,what is their purpose and why are they in the way of replacing the coil shoe and constant force coil springs? ... (cont.)

Hi always relying on Swisco as have several small unit properties and need help identifying replacement parts. See attached photo of coil spring unfoiled. The window weighs 20.6 lbs. The coil balance is a half inch wide. We can't find any no on it. I will include a picture. I hope this is all the info you need to tell us which one to use.
